Privacy notice
Published: 2026-09-24
1. Who operates this website
cheredova.com (the “Website”) is operated by Anastasiya Cheredova, independent arbitrator (the “Owner”). Questions about this notice: anastasiya@cheredova.com.
2. What the Website does not do
The Website has no forms, accounts, comments, visitor analytics, advertising networks or embedded third-party services. It does not collect or store visitors’ personal data and does not use cookies.
3. Hosting logs
The Website is hosted by Jino LLC (Russia). Like any web server, the provider automatically keeps technical access logs: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL and browser type. The provider processes these logs to operate and secure its service under its own privacy policy (https://www.jino.ru/legal/) and deletes them within its retention periods. The Owner does not use these logs to identify visitors.
4. Browser local storage
When you switch the language, the Website saves your choice (“ru” or “en”) in your browser’s local storage so that the right version opens next time. This is a setting you request yourself; it contains no identifiers and is not transmitted to the Owner or to anyone else. You can remove it by clearing the site data in your browser.
5. E-mail
If you write to anastasiya@cheredova.com, your name, e-mail address and the content of your message are processed by the Owner solely to reply to you and are kept in the mailbox for as long as the correspondence requires. Legal basis: your request (steps at your request prior to any engagement / legitimate interest in answering enquiries). An e-mail does not create an arbitrator–party relationship and does not constitute disclosure of the circumstances of a case; please do not send confidential information or case materials before an appointment is made.
6. External links
The Website links to the Owner’s LinkedIn profile. Following that link takes you to a third-party website with its own privacy policy.
7. Your rights
If you believe the Owner holds your personal data (for example, in correspondence), you may request access, rectification or erasure, or object to processing, by writing to anastasiya@cheredova.com. Residents of the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom may also lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority.
8. Changes
The current version is always published on this page together with its publication date.
